Here at the Leicester Kyokushin Dojo we have a variety of training sessions designed to cater all age groups and levels of ability.

All of our sessions are held by qualified Black Belt Instructors.

 Junior Training Times

(under 16 years of age)

Pre - Juniors (6 - 8 years) 

Saturdays 8.45am - 9.30am

Beginners (9 - 15 years) 

Saturdays 9.30am - 10.30am

10th, 9th & 8th Kyu  

Saturdays 10.30am - 11.30am

Tuesday 5.30pm - 6.30pm

7th, 6th & 5th Kyu  

Saturdays 11.30am - 12.30pm
 
Wednesday 5.30pm - 6.30pm

4th & 3rd Kyu 

Saturdays 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm

2nd & 1st Kyu 

Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
 
Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
 
Extra Training Sessions 

Stamina Training (open to all)

Sundays 10am to 11 am

 

 Senior Training Times

(16 years of age and over)

Beginners up to 5th Kyu 

Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm
 
Thursdays 6.15pm - 7.30

4th Kyu and above 

Tuesdays 8.30pm - 9.45pm
 
Thursdays 8.30pm - 9.45pm

Extra Training Sessions

Kumite & Knockdown Fighting Training

Mondays 7.00pm- 8.00pm  
 
 
Stamina Training (open to all)
